Heart Shaped Lab Grown Diamond Pendant Necklace

A solid 14K/18K gold pendant necklace set with 0.50 ct. total weight of IGI-certified lab-grown round brilliant diamonds in DE colour and VVS2 clarity, featuring an open heart-shaped pendant fully outlined in micro-pavé round brilliants suspended from a fine cable chain, with two additional bezel-set round brilliant diamond charms dangling from the chain at staggered positions to the right of the pendant. The open heart motif is constructed as a continuous gold outline set edge-to-edge with small round brilliants, leaving the interior of the heart negative space rather than filled — the pendant hangs freely from the chain via a small bail. The two off-centre bezel charms introduce an asymmetric detail to the chain, each set with a single round brilliant in a plain cylindrical gold collet, and the necklace closes with a lobster clasp at the back.
